2nd Grade Earth Day Project

Earth Day research was a project done by Montgomery Christian School second graders.  They talked about sustainability of the Earth’s resources.  This craft and writing project helped students learn about the 3 R’s : Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle and how to help the Earth.  They had to write why the 3 R’s are important to the Earth and what they could do to help protect the Earth’s resources.  Learning at MCS is creative, fun and intentional.  God’s creation is wonderfully made and we are meant to cultivate and take care of it.  This project helped our students learn how they can be a small part of taking care of our planet.
