Welcome to Montgomery Christian School Admissions! We invite you to partner with us on your child’s educational journey.

  • The application is online through our school information system, Gradelink.  Please follow these steps:

    1. To begin the Online Application, click on Create Account.

    2. Create an account with a valid email address and password.  You will need to confirm the password and click the Register button. 

    3. Gradelink will send you an email to complete the registration. Go to your email account.  You will need to click on the Blue button “Click here to confirm your account” in the email. This will take you to where you need to enter your password and then click the Continue button.  You will see a message saying your account is activated.  Click the continue button. 

    4. To begin filling out the application for your student, enter your email address and password, then click the Login button.  

    5. The following documents:  birth certificate, social security card, immunization record, MCS Income Verification, Previous Years’ Tax Info (Page 1 and 2 of Federal 1040) or Other, and Prior School Records (Grades 1-5) can be uploaded or provided to the school at the child’s admission assessment. 

    1. Once you have submitted the application, MCS will be in touch with you regarding setting up an admission assessment/ parent meeting with the Executive Director. At the time of the assessment, the application fee of $25 and any missing information will need to be provided. These take place in late February - March.

  • MCS will inform applicants of the enrollment decision between April 1 - May 1. Students are considered enrolled once the family returns the Enrollment Agreement and the $25 enrollment fee.

  • Families will need to provide their 2025 Federal Tax Form 1040 to show income to qualify for financial aid or scholarships. MCS works with Choose Act of Alabama and Scholarships For Kids.

  • November 1, 2025: Application portal open

    January 2 - April 1: Choose Act application is open


    February & March 2026: Admission Assessments for available seats


    April 15, 2026: Kindergarten deadline to enroll for completed applications


    May 1, 2026: 1st – 6th Grade New Student Enrollment Due for completed applications

MCS Tuition and Fees for 2025-2026:

*Every Student is on some type of scholarship. The parents’ portion of tuition is based on family income.

  • Application Fee: $25         

  • Annual Re-enrollment Fee: $25

  • New Student Enrollment Fee: $25

  • Annual Art Fee: $10

  • Annual Technology Fee: $20

  • Building Fee: $50 ($25 paid in August & January)

  • Annual Tuition: $11,000*
