The day began with a tour of The Oaks, the historic home of Booker T. Washington, where students learned about the legacy and leadership that helped shape the university and the surrounding community. Students also visited the George Washington Carver Museum, where they explored the life and achievements of the renowned scientist, inventor, and educator whose work continues to inspire generations.

After a morning of learning, students enjoyed lunch at Hello Park, located near the childhood home of legendary musician Lionel Richie. The stop provided students with a fun opportunity to relax and connect with the rich cultural history of Tuskegee.

The adventure continued at the Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site, where students experienced history in a powerful and meaningful way. Through exhibits and guided exploration, they learned about the bravery, determination, and accomplishments of the Tuskegee Airmen and their impact on American history.
